Intended use

This Streptavidin-HRP enzyme conjugate is intended for immunoassays such as ELISA, ELISpot, and Western blot. For research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.

Serum/Plasma samples

Description
Streptavidin-HRP enables detection of biotinylated antibodies and biotinylated antigens.

Recommendation

Dilute 1:1000 as a general guideline. The dilution should be adapted to the substrate used. In ELISpot assays, use 1:1000 for TMB and 1:100 for AEC.

The Streptavidin-HRP conjugate should not be used with buffers containing sodium azide as this will inhibit enzyme acitivity.
