Award-winning ELISA kits

We are humbled that we received an award from CiteAb for our ELISAs twice. In both 2019 and 2023, Mabtech was highly commended in the "ELISA Kit Supplier to Watch" category, based on citations for our ELISA kits. A big thank you to CiteAb for spreading data-driven knowledge on research tools. Together we support researchers in making a difference.

Learn how a sandwich ELISA works

Detect native proteins

Antibody features such as affinity, avidity, and antigen interaction are essential for a successful ELISA. At Mabtech, we put considerable effort into characterizing these antibodies, and we always validate our kits for recognition of native proteins as this often differs from how the antibodies bind to recombinant proteins.

Confidence in every well

Your samples are precious, and your ELISA results must be trusted. That’s why we deliver rigorously validated ELISA assays backed by direct access to experienced support scientists. Because it’s not enough that an assay runs – it has to deliver accurate, reproducible results every time.

It’s been such a positive experience working with the Mabtech team. Your expertise, support, and genuine willingness to collaborate and troubleshoot together made a huge difference in the success of my assay development. I’d gladly recommend your products and the team’s hands-on approach.

Prevent false-positive results

False-positive signals caused by rheumatoid factor and heterophilic antibodies like HAIA or HAMA are a common challenge in sandwich ELISA, particularly when working with clinical samples.

Our ELISA kits are designed to eliminate this interference, delivering accurate and reliable results even in demanding sample types. For the most difficult samples (e.g., autoimmune), we offer a specialized format, ELISA PathRF.

When your data are clean and trustworthy, you can focus on what matters most – generating results that stand up to peer review, like more than 1500 of our customers.

Applications

Broad sample range

ELISA is a versatile method suitable for a wide range of sample types. While cell supernatants and plasma/serum samples are the most commonly analyzed, basically any solution can be assessed with appropriate sample handling. Our ELISAs have been successfully applied in studies involving saliva, urine, milk, tissue lysates, bronchoalveolar lavage, tears, cerebrospinal fluid, nasal swabs, and even dried blood spots. What sample will you add to the list?

Apolipoproteins

Apolipoproteins regulate lipid transport and metabolism. These proteins are key biomarkers in cardiovascular and neurodegenerative diseases due to their roles in e.g., receptor binding and enzymatic activity. Mabtech’s ELISA kits target specific apolipoproteins like apoA1, apoB, apoE, and support both discovery and clinical research.

Immunoglobulin detection

Quantifying total and antigen-specific B cell responses is fundamental to immunology research. ELISA provides a sensitive platform for measuring immunoglobulin isotypes and subtypes, and can be tailored to detect antigen-specific immunoglobulins. These assays are widely regarded as the gold standard for monitoring antibody kinetics and titers following infection or vaccination, as well as for analyzing pathological antibody responses in allergic and autoimmune diseases.

T cell response

Measuring T cell responses is critical to understanding cellular immunity in infections, cancer, and autoimmunity. Interferon-gamma release assays (IGRA) offer a specific way to assess T cell activation by detecting IFN-γ secretion after antigen stimulation. Widely used in clinical and research settings, such as tuberculosis screening and vaccine studies, IGRAs can be adapted for diverse disease contexts. Looking for extra sensitivity?
