CD3
Analyte description | CD3 (cluster of differentiation 3) is a T cell co-receptor that plays an important role in T cell activation and signal transduction. The CD3 complex is composed of four chains: two CD3ε, one CD3γ, and one CD3δ chain. CD3 forms together with the TCR (α/β or γ/δ heterodimer) and two zeta (ζ) chains the T cell receptor (TCR) complex. CD3 belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily. |
