Description
The high sensitivity pNPP ELISA substrate is supplied in diethanolamine buffer as a ready-to-use solution. It is recommended for both endpoint and kinetic determinations. The substrate produces a soluble yellow product which is measured at 405-410 nm.

We recommend this substrate for our ELISA Flex kits (ALP) and Streptavidin-ALP.

Recommendation

Add the substrate after incubation with alkaline phosphatase and subsequent washing. Incubate for typically 30-90 minutes at room temperature. The substrate produces a yellow product. Read the absorbance at 405-410 nm.
