Did you know that our anti-perforin antibody clone Pf-344 is the only commercially available mAb for flow cytometry in non-human primates?
Last week the mAb got its 12th citation, this time by Hu et al. (Hum Gene Ther., 2018). Like most papers published using this NHP-reactive anti-perforin mAb, Hu and colleagues studied T cell responses in the context of simian immunodeficiency virus (SIV)-infections, and thus within the field of HIV vaccine research.
Recently, we launched the Pf-344 mAb conjugated also to fluorophores PF488P and PF647P. PF488P is excited by the blue laser (488 nm) with an excitation max of 490 nm and emission max of 516 nm. PF647P is excited by the red laser (633 nm) with an excitation max of 654 nm and emission max of 672 nm.
